Job Description:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
• Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills and experience.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Work closely with the recruitment and hiring teams to close positions.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in IT recruitment.
• Basic knowledge of IT technologies and job roles.
• Good sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Willingness to learn recruitment tools and techniques.
• Freshers with good communication skills can apply.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience using Naukri or other job portals.
• Knowledge of Boolean search.
• Previous experience in IT recruitment is an advantage.
