IT Recruiter - Work from Home (WFH)

We are currently looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and dedicated IT Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source IT candidates using job portals like LinkedIn, Indeed and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment systems
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to achieve hiring objectives.

Mandatory Requirements:

• good telephone manner with the ability to engage, influence, and build rapport with candidates.
• good email etiquette and professional written communication skills.
• good English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Own Laptop/PC with faster internet connection
• Must be able to join in 2 weeks
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently from home.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Previous IT recruitment experience will be an added advantage.

Work Schedule:

• Full-Time Work From Home.
• Monday to Saturday starting from 4 or 5 AM Indian Time to suit Australian business hours

Remuneration:

• Experienced candidates INR 25,000 Per Month
• Freshers INR 15,000 Per Month

Performance Incentives:

• INR 5,000 for every successful placement where you are involved in both candidate sourcing and placement closure.
• INR 2,500 for every successful placement (closure).
• INR 2,500 for every candidate sourced by you that results in a successful placement.
