IT Recruitment Intern

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated IT Recruiter Interns to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a willingness to learn recruitment processes, and an interest in the IT Staffing industry.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and social media.
• Screen resumes based on client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Learn about different IT technologies and job roles.
• Support the recruitment team in daily hiring activities.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet browsing.
• Willingness to learn IT recruitment and staffing processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
