IT Recruitment Trainee

Role & Responsibilities Domestic IT Recruitment Trainee (Freshers)

• Undergo training in Domestic IT Recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Learn the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, follow-ups, and onboarding.
• Learn to use recruitment platforms such as Naukri and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
• Understand IT job descriptions, technical skills, client requirements, and candidate profiles.
• Develop candidate calling, communication, and screening skills.
• Learn basic recruitment concepts such as CTC, salary negotiation, notice period, and candidate availability.
• Participate in mock calls, practical assignments, role-plays, and assessments.
• Maintain candidate information and recruitment trackers accurately.
• Coordinate with candidates and internal teams throughout the recruitment process.
• Apply the knowledge gained during training to practical recruitment activities.
• Meet training targets and demonstrate continuous improvement in recruitment skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Fresh graduates who are interested in starting a career in Domestic IT Recruitment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
• Willingness to learn recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and hiring processes.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to attend training sessions, mock calls, and assessments.
• No prior work experience required; freshers are welcome to apply.
