IT Sales Administrator

• Provide administrative and operational support to the IT sales team.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices and other sales-related documentation.
• Process and track customer orders, software licenses, hardware deliveries and contract renewals.
• Maintain accurate customer, sales and order records in CRM/ERP systems.
• Coordinate with sales, finance, technical and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Handle customer enquiries relating to quotations, orders, licenses, deliveries and billing.
• Track sales pipelines and prepare periodic sales and performance reports.
• Follow up with customers, vendors and distributors when required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, IT or related field preferred.
• Experience in sales administration, order processing or customer service is an advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems would be advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
