Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing customer relationships using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
- Support the sales team in lead generation and follow-up activities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Help prepare sales presentations and proposals for potential customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve processes.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
