IT Sales Engineer

The IT Sales Engineer is responsible for promoting and selling, and providing technical consultation on the company's IT products, security systems, and technology solutions. The position combines technical expertise with sales and business development skills to identify customer needs, recommend suitable solutions, prepare quotations and proposals, and achieve sales targets.

The IT Sales Engineer will work closely with customers, the sales and marketing team, technical engineers, project personnel, and suppliers to ensure that proposed solutions meet client requirements, technical specifications, and budget expectations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2-4 years of experience in IT sales, technical sales, solutions selling, or a related position; experience may be adjusted based on the role's seniority.
• Knowledge of IT products, computer hardware, networking, CCTV, access control, FDAS or other security solutions.
• Strong sales negotiation, presentation, communication, and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to prepare quotations, proposals, and basic technical documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, email, and CRM or sales tracking tools.
• Willingness to conduct client visits and site inspections as required.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
