Key responsibilities:

• Introduce IT hardware and software solutions to customers
• Identify prospects and create new business opportunities
• Plan, strategise and execute sales activities to achieve business goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Develop marketing activities to expand your network and market coverage
• Follow up with prospects and manage the sales process from enquiry to closing
• Prepare monthly sales activity reports for the Sales Manager

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher qualification
• Experience in IT hardware or software sales is an advantage
• Strong interest in technology and business solutions
• Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working independently
• Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
