• Sales and Business Development

• Identify and engage prospective clients across various industries to promote our IT Managed Services.
• Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue objectives.
• Conduct market analysis to gain insights into client requirements and industry trends.

• Client Relationship Management

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction.
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Sales Process Management

• Create and present persuasive sales pitches and proposals to potential clients.
• Negotiate agreements and close deals to achieve or surpass sales targets.
• Accurately document sales activities and client interactions within the CRM platform.

• Reporting and Analysis

• Submit regular sales reports and progress updates to management.
• Evaluate sales performance and market data to uncover opportunities for growth and improvement.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the IT or related industry.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
