It Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities This is a 100% inside sales role where you will handle all inbound and outbound client inquiries strictly via calls and messages (WhatsApp/Email). Your main goal is to pitch our software products and applications, explain features, solve queries over the phone, and convert potential leads into closed sales.

• Connect with leads over calls and chat messages to understand their requirements.
• Demonstrate software and application features clearly to guide client decisions.
• Handle customer objections, answer technical queries, and close deals efficiently.

Preferred candidate profile We are looking for self-motivated candidates with past experience in selling software, SaaS, or digital applications. You should have strong phone etiquette and basic knowledge of IT terms to explain tech solutions smoothly.

• Experience: Prior experience in Software or Application Sales is mandatory.
• Strict Exclusions: Field sales candidates and professionals with only Hardware Sales background (Laptops, Servers, Printers, etc.) will NOT be considered.
