IT SALES MANAGER

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
  - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets
  - Lead, manage, and develop the Sales/Account Management team to achieve individual and team targets
  - Identify and develop new business opportunities within the IT and software industry
  - Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients and key decision-makers
  - Understand client business needs and collaborate with Presales and Technical teams to propose suitable IT solutions
  - Lead sales presentations, proposals, negotiations, and contract discussions
  - Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and performance reporting
  - Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
  - Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology, Business, Management, or related field
  - Minimum 8 years of experience in IT Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or related roles
  - Proven experience leading and managing a Sales/Business Development team
  - Strong experience selling IT solutions, software development, system integration, or digital solutions
  - Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities
  - Experience handling enterprise clients and strategic accounts
  - Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  - Strategic thinker, target-oriented, proactive, and strong leadership skills
