At Focus Group, great customer service starts with great people. We're looking for a Sales Support Executive to join our IT Sales team – someone who's confident chatting to people, enjoys solving problems and takes pride in getting things right.

You don't need to be an IT expert or tick every box on a job description. We're more interested in your attitude, personality and how you work with others. If you're organised, approachable and ready to learn, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

You'll play an important role in keeping our IT Sales team running smoothly, helping colleagues, customers and suppliers get the answers and support they need.

• Be the go-to person: Manage the IT sales inbox, respond to queries and make sure nothing gets missed.
• Keep things moving: Process orders, manage renewals and help keep customer accounts and licences up to date.
• Talk to our suppliers: Liaise with vendors such as Microsoft to resolve queries and keep things running smoothly.
• Get stuck into the details: Support with billing checks, sales administration and making sure information is accurate.
• Work as one team: Build great relationships with colleagues across IT Sales and Pre-Sales, helping everyone deliver a brilliant customer experience.

No two days will be quite the same, so you'll need to be happy juggling different tasks, having conversations and working together to get things done.

What we're looking for

We're much more interested in who you are and how you approach things than how long you've been doing the job.

You'll fit right in if you're someone who:

• Enjoys talking to people and can hold a friendly, confident conversation.
• Has a positive, can-do attitude and isn't afraid to ask questions.
• Is organised, pays attention to detail and likes getting things right.
• Enjoys helping people and finding solutions when something doesn't go to plan.
• Is a team player who brings energy, personality and a willingness to learn.
• Is computer literate and comfortable using Microsoft Office packages, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word.

Any experience in customer service, sales support or administration would be great, but it's not about having the perfect CV. An interest in IT is a bonus, and we'll support you in learning the rest.
