Join Transcom as an On-Site IT Service Delivery Engineer (ITSDE)!

Be on the front line of technical excellence for our team and deliver impactful work on a company level. In this role, you will:

• Provide administration, maintenance, and deployment of IT hardware, software, desktops, servers, and telephony infrastructure in conjunction with the central IT Service Delivery team;
• Deliver user support, incident resolution, and file recovery via ServiceNow while ensuring compliance with security standards, policies, and configuration documentation;
• Collaborate with cluster IT management, central IT Service Delivery, and IT Governance to oversee local infrastructure, asset inventories, and standard network services;
• Provide additional support for site- or country-specific applications and offer on-site assistance for centrally managed network devices, servers, and local data centers;
• Coordinate with contractors, technology partners, and IT Procurement for quotes, licenses, and warranty support while ensuring effective first-line and corporate IT service delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

To be successful in this role, the following is needed:

• Minimum studies: Diploma or advanced vocational training in Information Technology (University degree in IT is an advantage);
• Specific training and/or work experience in Networks and Communications is an asset;
• Previous experience: Minimum of two years' experience in a similar post (experience in the Contact Center sector is an advantage);
• Hands-on experience in administration and maintenance of IT infrastructure (workstations, laptops, servers, cabling, racking, backup/recovery, and HW/SW installation);
• Strong understanding of data network technologies, digital/IP telephony, operating systems (MS Windows), standard services (DHCP, DNS, WINS), and databases;
• Proficiency in IT tools including Office package/GSuite, email communication, and Service Desk / Incident Management tools like ServiceNow;
• High-level proficiency with periphery devices and components.
