IT Security Analyst

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's on-premises and cloud infrastructure, ensuring the stability, security, and performance of servers, networks, and IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Windows and Linux servers, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Manage Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange, DNS, Domain Controllers, and user access administration.
• Monitor server performance, capacity, availability, and security using infrastructure monitoring tools.
• Perform backup, disaster recovery, system restoration, and data recovery activities to ensure business continuity.
• Deploy security patches, conduct server hardening, and remediate security vulnerabilities.
• Manage and support physical and virtual servers, storage systems, and cloud-hosted environments.
• Assist in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, enhancement projects, and technology transformation initiatives.
• Troubleshoot server, network, hardware, and software issues while providing technical support to end users.
• Maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and safeguard the integrity, availability, and confidentiality of organizational data.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to support infrastructure operations and planned changes.
• Identify opportunities for process and infrastructure improvements to enhance system efficiency and reliability.

Technical Requirements

• Strong experience with Windows Server and Linux administration.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange, DNS, and virtualization technologies (VMware, Proxmox, Sangfor HCI, etc.).
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Familiarity with storage technologies (NAS/SAN), databases, and patch management.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of networking technologies such as LAN, WAN, VLAN, VPN, and firewalls.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
