IT Security Manager

We are looking for an experienced

IT Security Manager

to support cybersecurity initiatives across application and technology projects. The role combines

security implementation, governance, compliance, testing, and stakeholder management

, ensuring solutions meet internal security requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Support cybersecurity projects and ensure security requirements are incorporated into application implementations.

Translate project and tender requirements into cybersecurity requirements and use cases.

Assess and communicate the organization's

cybersecurity posture

to internal and external stakeholders.

Coordinate and perform security assessments, reviews, testing, and audit activities.

Monitor security compliance, findings, alerts, and remediation activities.

Maintain security documentation and audit evidence to support governance and compliance requirements.

Review and enhance cybersecurity

frameworks, policies, standards, and guidelines

.

Identify emerging cyber threats and recommend relevant security controls and best practices.

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or related discipline.

Minimum

5 years of professional cybersecurity experience

.

Experience in cybersecurity projects, security governance, risk, compliance, or security operations.

Good understanding of security assessments, audits, vulnerabilities, and remediation processes.

Strong stakeholder management and ability to communicate security topics to technical and non-technical audiences.

Good analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Proactive and able to work independently while collaborating across technical teams.

Certifications such as

CISM, CISSP, CISA, CRISC or GIAC

are advantageous.
