ACOM Consumer Finance Corporation is seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Security Specialist to join our growing IT Management - Cybersecurity team. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and enforce data security policies, procedures, and guidelines to protect sensitive information.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and regular audits to ensure compliance with security standards.
• Monitor systems and networks for security breaches, analyze incidents, and respond promptly to threats.
• Configure, operate, and maintain security tools and systems such as Fortinet, Azure AD, Crowdstrike, and Office 365 security features.
• Educate and train employees on data security best practices and protocols.
• Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats and trends to proactively enhance security measures.
• Support the administration of security-related scripting (e.g., Powershell) and security management dashboards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in any IT-related course.
• 2-4 years of experience in IT security, preferably with a solid background in Office 365 security, Azure AD, Powershell scripting, and Crowdstrike administration.
• Knowledge of Fortinet monitoring and security administration is a plus.
• Strong understanding of vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, and security audit processes.
• Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to educate others on security protocols.
• Must be punctual, compliant with company rules, and cooperative.
