IT Security Operation (SSL/TLS)

Job Responsibilities

• Administer and support the SSL/TLS certificate lifecycle, including certificate issuance, renewal, deployment, and revocation.
• Manage and maintain cryptographic keys, digital certificates, and related security infrastructure.
• Support encryption and key management solutions to ensure secure data protection.
• Monitor and maintain security controls in accordance with organizational standards and industry best practices.
• Provide operational support for Hardware Security Modules (HSMs), key management systems, and enterprise security platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to certificates, encryption, and cryptographic services.

Requirements

• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
• 2 years of experience in information security, PKI, certificate management, or related areas. Experience in the financial services industry is an advantage.
• Understanding of cryptography, encryption technologies, digital certificates, SSL/TLS, and security protocols.
• Familiarity with HSMs, key management systems, or enterprise security solutions is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to support planned maintenance activities outside normal business hours when required.
