IT Security Senior Engineer

Key responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments and security analysis to identify vulnerabilities in systems.
• Monitor network traffic to detect suspicious activity or security breaches.
• Install and configure security devices such as firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems (IDS).
• Respond to security incidents, including investigation, mitigation, and recovery from attacks.
• Conduct penetration testing and security audits to evaluate system robustness.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in IT Security.
• Deep understanding of network security protocols such as VPN, firewall, IDS/IPS, and SIEM.
• Strong analytical skills with proven experience in designing risk mitigation strategies.
• Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, CISM, or similar) are a plus and highly advantageous.
