As one of the leading insurance companies, we know that together we can achieve more. At UNIQA, we are therefore a community for a better life. We use our individual strengths to shape the future together.

The SEE region — namely Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Montenegro, Romania, and Serbia — is the third-largest group of companies within UNIQA Customer & Markets International, with a GWP of EUR 513 million in 2025 and around 2,200 employees.

With a total market of over 2.5 million customers, SEE countries represent significant potential for growth and development through enhanced regional cooperation, a data-driven and customer-centric approach, and innovation.

Thanks to our agile way of working, the synergies between teams, and our diversity, UNIQA is a unique organization with one team voice, one strategy, and one culture.
