Requirements

• Manage ISPs, internet connectivity, and related issues to ensure 24x7availability
• Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VLAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, switching, routing, DHCP, DNS, and network connectivity
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and access points
• Manage user accounts, access rights, permissions, Active Directory, GPO, and Google Workspace
• Monitor system health, network performance, availability, and proactively resolve issues
• Manage and maintain Windows & Linux servers, including security patches, updates, and backups
• Install, configure, update, and manage enterprise software and applications
• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, systems, and network issues
• Implement and maintain GPO policies in accordance with regional and global IT policies
• Maintain IT documentation, system configurations, asset records, and support/change logs
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell/Python to automate routine IT tasks
• Coordinate with ISPs, vendors, and regional/global IT teams for incident resolution and IT projects
• Ensure IT infrastructure follows required security, compliance, and operational standards

Desired Skills:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 3-5 years of relevant IT infrastructure/system administration experience
• Strong knowledge of networking, VLAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, routing/switching, and firewalls
• Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux Servers, Active Directory, GPO, and Google Workspace
• PowerShell/Python scripting experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
• Proactive, autonomous, and able to take ownership of tasks
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
• Intermediate+ English proficiency is mandatory
