IT Senior Executive

Job Summary

• Oversee the daily operations of the IT department, including Infrastructure (Desktop, Laptop, Printer, CCTV), Networks (LAN/WAN, VPN, WIFI) and Servers and systems (NAV, ERP, UBS, Ingress, M365, Manage Engine, Autodesk).
• Ensure the security of IT systems, policy, networks, and data, including implementing and monitoring security policies such as Datto backup, Symantec Antivirus, User Group Policy, and Files Access & Management.Provide technical support and guidance to staff and end-users such as guidance on the use of IT systems and software and troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
• Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation such as Data security, software usage, network access, IT asset management and System configurations.
• Manage the IT budget, including forecasting and monitoring expenses (reallocating resources, renegotiating contracts, and identifying cost-saving option)
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts, overseeing service level agreements (NAV, ERP & UBS vendor Support, M365 and Fortinet network renewal vendor and Hardware supplier)
• Stay updated with trends and developments in technology, and research new technologies that could benefit the organization (Emerging technologies, Attending conferences, reading industry publications and Networking with other IT professionals)
• To assist e- Commerce and Website development.
• To assist project administration in ensuring the project/ task are accomplished within the scope, time frame and of high quality.
• To ensure data/media recoverability by implementing a schedule of system backups and database archive operations.
• To carry out duties and assignments as assigned by the management from time to time.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• IT support: 4 years (Preferred)
