IT Senior Manager

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage or perform work across multiple areas of the organization's IT Platform/Infrastructure.
• Conduct cost/benefit analyses for proposed IT projects as input to the organization's IT roadmap.
• Serve as a driving force behind the development of new solutions for programs, complex projects, processes, or activities.
• Ensure implementation of short to medium term activities within the business area or support sub-function in the context of the department strategy.
• Lead a team of Specialists, sometimes with several hierarchical levels, with full employee lifecycle responsibility.
• Coach, mentor, and train others on the area of expertise.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO.
• Strong understanding of related disciplines, including data voice networks, data processing operations, end-user technology, and software support.
• Experience in managing teams and leading complex projects or activities.
• Ability to develop and implement policies, processes, and standards to support short to medium term tactical direction.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant certifications are an asset.
