4. Job Requirements

1. Work Experience: Minimum 1 year of working experience in IT development and technical operation. Candidates with working experience in finance, securities or asset management industry are highly preferred.

2. Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or other related STEM disciplines. Solid mathematical and computer theoretical foundation is required.

3. Technical Competencies: Proficient in coding and software development with hands-on AI development and implementation capabilities. Familiar with financial IT system architecture, securities business workflows and compliance-oriented IT operation standards is a plus.

4. Personal Attributes: Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills, capable of independently completing technical development and process building tasks. Meticulous, responsible and able to adapt to standardized and compliance-driven financial industry working environment.

5. Key Job Responsibilities

1. Software Development & Coding: Responsible for the development and iteration of internal digital tools and business supporting systems. Independently conduct coding, debugging and system optimization to support daily securities business operations, data analysis and administrative management, ensuring stable and efficient system performance.

2. AI Development & Application Implementation: Conduct research, development and optimization of AI functions. Design and build intelligent tools tailored for securities and asset management scenarios, including intelligent data analysis, workflow automation and risk auxiliary identification, so as to improve overall business efficiency.

3. SOP Establishment & Optimization: Sort out full-cycle workflows covering IT development, system administration and equipment management. Establish and optimize standardized operating procedures (SOP) and internal IT management policies to meet the compliance and risk control requirements of the financial industry.

4. Financial System Operation & Maintenance: Provide daily technical support, troubleshooting and version updates for securities trading systems, asset management platforms and office systems. Ensure stable system operation and deliver continuous technical support for business and compliance teams.

5. Technology Innovation & Iteration: Keep track of the latest IT and AI technologies, propose technical optimization solutions based on financial business demands, and drive internal digital and intelligent transformation to resolve existing technical pain points.

6. Documentation & Compliance Support: Maintain complete records of development documents, process files and operation logs. Cooperate with internal compliance audits and regulatory-related technical filing requirements.

6. Preferred Qualifications

1. Practical experience in IT development, AI application and SOP construction within securities firms, asset management companies or foreign financial institutions.

2. Familiar with Hong Kong financial industry regulatory requirements and the operational model of securities businesses.

3. Proven track record of independently delivering technical projects and establishing standardized IT workflows.
