Tugas Utama
Merancang, mengolah, dan mengoptimalkan infrastruktur jaringan, memelihara efisiensi perangkat keras, lunak, serta perangkat khusus IT, memimpin dan mengarahkan tim IT Support, dan menangani penyelesaian masalah teknis kompleks (advanced troubleshooting) guna menjamin kestabilan, keamanan, dan kelancaran operasional perusahaan secara berkelanjutan.
Kualifikasi
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Informatika atau Sistem Informasi.
- Pengalaman minimal 3–5 tahun di bidang IT Support atau Network Administration.
- Menguasai tingkat lanjut terkait arsitektur jaringan (routing, switching, firewall, dan bandwidth management).
- Memahami mendalam mengenai advanced troubleshooting hardware, software Windows, Windows Server, dan Active Directory.
- Memahami dan mampu mengelola konfigurasi terpusat perangkat IT enterprise (seperti CCTV IP, sensor IoT, atau access point).
- Mampu mengelola, merancang, dan mengoptimalkan performa koneksi internet serta infrastruktur Wi-Fi enterprise.
- Siap bekerja di hari weekend atau dalam kondisi standby emergency.
