IT Service Desk Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support to end-users through phone, email, or in-person interactions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
• Manage incidents using incident management processes and tools to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with other teams to escalate complex issues that require L2 level support.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in an IT Service Desk environment.
• Strong knowledge of desktop support, remote support, VPN troubleshooting, Outlook configuration, and ticketing tools.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
