IT Service Desk Analyst

• Position: Remote Deskside Support
• Company Industry: BPO Company
• Work Location: Quezon City / Taguig City
• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Salary: Php 25,000- Php 35,000 (Junior level) - Php 40,000 and above (Senior)
• Work Set Up: Onsite / Hybrid

Job Requirements:

• Open for undergraduates
• 1 year and above of experience in Deskside Support or Remote Desk Support
• Experience in a BPO organization or shared services environment preferred
• Strong technical troubleshooting and end-user support skills
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT support processes

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1- 2 technical support for end-users
• Install and troubleshoot software, hardware, and operating systems (Windows, Microsoft Office, Android, Apple)
• Handle tickets through multiple channels (calls, chats, emails, and remote support)
• Apply networking fundamentals in diagnosing and resolving issues
• Follow program processes, policies, and procedures while completing assigned and ad-hoc tasks
