IT Service Desk Analyst

Requirements:.

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT Service Desk, IT Support, Desktop Support, or a similar role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows 10/11, hardware, software, network connectivity, printers, and Microsoft 365.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory and user account administration.
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN troubleshooting.
• Experience using ITSM/ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, Jira Service Management, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, or other endpoint management platforms.
• Understanding of incident management, service requests, escalation procedures, and SLA requirements.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong customer service, analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Experience supporting enterprise, manufacturing, Oil & Gas, EPC, shipyard, or other industrial environments.
• Familiarity with Cisco networking, VoIP/CUCM, VDI/Citrix, network monitoring, or cybersecurity tools.
• Basic PowerShell knowledge.
