Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to end-users through phone, email, or in-person interactions.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues using various tools and techniques.
- Manage helpdesk tickets from submission to resolution, ensuring timely communication with customers.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Job Requirements :
- 1-6 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Strong knowledge of helpdesk management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting common hardware and software problems.
- must know arabic language to speak fluently (Mandatory )
