IT Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• End user support (Desktop, laptop, Windows Operating System, Outlook, Network, etc) daily activities; incident and problem management through a ticketing system.
• Liaise with vendors and other functional IT teams for problem resolution and root cause analysis.
• Contribute in continuous improvement process and project implementation.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
