IT Service Engineer (System Administrator)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Officer to manage and support the organization's Microsoft 365 environment, IT infrastructure, and end-user computing services. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining secure, reliable, and efficient IT operations while providing technical support across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive
• Manage Active Directory user accounts, access controls, and security policies
• Implement and maintain Microsoft 365 security and compliance solutions, including MFA, Conditional Access, Microsoft Defender, and DLP
• Support and maintain network infrastructure, firewalls, and VPN connectivity
• Provide desktop and end-user support for Windows devices, Microsoft Office applications, printers, and peripherals
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize server, network, and endpoint performance
• Support Microsoft 365 deployments, migrations, and tenant administration activities

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or cybersecurity support
• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive
• Good knowledge of Active Directory, networking, firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint management
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security technologies such as MFA, Conditional Access, Defender, and DLP
