IT Service Management Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain on-premises data center infrastructure (servers, storage, networking, power/cooling systems)
• Administer and monitor cloud environments on AWS and Microsoft Azure
• Perform system backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning
• Monitor system performance, capacity planning, and troubleshoot infrastructure issues
• Manage virtualization platforms (VMware, etc.)
• Implement and maintain security policies for both on-premises and cloud infrastructure
• Coordinate with vendors for data center facility management (UPS, cooling, physical security)
• Perform IT operations in alignment with ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management
• Monitor service SLAs, system availability, and operational performance.
• Document infrastructure configurations and standard operating procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Data Center Operations and/or Cloud Administration
• Good knowledge of Data Center operations and infrastructure management.
• Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (Virtual Machines, Azure AD, Storage Accounts, etc.)
• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, etc)
• Understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewall, Load Balancer)
• Knowledge of Windows Server and Linux administration.
• Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Basic knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Certifications (Preferred, not required)

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect / SysOps Administrator
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
• VMware VCP
• CompTIA Server+ / Cloud+
