IT Service Manager

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an IT Service Manager to oversee the delivery of IT services in our organization. The IT Service Manager will be responsible for managing the service desk, maintaining service level agreements, and ensuring efficient and effective IT service delivery to meet the needs of the business and its customers.

**Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in IT service management, including incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• ITIL certification is a plus.
• Experience with service desk tools and ITSM platforms.

**Responsibilities:**

• Develop and implement IT service management processes and procedures.
• Manage the service desk team and ensure timely resolution of IT incidents and service requests.
• Monitor service level agreements and key performance indicators to ensure service delivery meets business requirements.
• Identify areas for service improvement and implement solutions to enhance service quality.
• Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to align IT services with business goals.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to IT services.
• Provide regular reports and updates on IT service performance to management.
