IT Service Manager - Privileged Access Management

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Work with industry leaders on Microsoft, Security, Cybersecurity, and PAM services and processes.
• Collaborate with IT Leadership, cross-functional teams, and project managers to plan and develop project scope, deliverables, resources, work plans, budgets, and timelines for new initiatives.
• Provide strategic guidance to teams and project managers, ensuring alignment and success.
• Offer technical input to identify services, tooling, and processes, enhancing overall efficiency.
• Coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives while working closely with Digital Workplace & Endpoint teams on key services and projects.
• Partner with IAM Operations teams to drive continuous improvement in support processes.
• Manage complex issues that may arise in the global MS Tenant environment, ensuring swift resolution.

What You Bring

• A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field in Business Administration.
• A proven track record in Enterprise Security processes and best practices.
• Demonstrated experience with industry-leading PAM technologies and standard PAM processes & documentation.
• Proficiency with MS InTune, Entra, and M365, showcasing your technical expertise.
• Experience with Enterprise DNS and DHCP technology.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• ITIL Certification is preferred but not required.
