- Minimal pendidikan D3/S1 di bidang Teknologi Informasi, Ilmu Komputer, Sistem Informasi, atau bidang terkait.
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai IT Technician, IT Support, Service Desk, atau posisi terkait.
- Berpengalaman dalam melakukan troubleshooting hardware dan software, seperti PC/laptop, printer, scanner, fax, dan perangkat pendukung lainnya.
- Memiliki pemahaman yang baik mengenai Windows dan Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, dan Project).
- Familiar dengan Active Directory, SCCM Client, Remote Desktop/Remote Assistance, serta PowerShell.
- Memiliki pengetahuan mengenai fasilitas telekomunikasi dan IT, termasuk cabling, fiber optic, radio, PAGA, wiring closet, IT tower, UPS, sistem kelistrikan, lightning protection, dan grounding.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, presentasi, negosiasi, serta problem-solving yang baik.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dalam Bahasa Inggris menjadi nilai tambah.
