Here is the job description for an IT Staff position:

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Staff member to join our team. As a key member of our organization's technology infrastructure, you will be responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, and development of our internal systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and support to employees across the organization

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner

• Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement new technologies and processes

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including software updates and system backups

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of IT procedures and policies

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; or equivalent experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with IT systems and applications

• Proficiency in Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and cloud-based technologies (e.g. Azure, Google Workspace)

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
