IT Site Migration Lead

Job Title: Regional IT Site Migration Lead - EMEA

Location: Switzerland (60-80% onsite)

Duration: 10 months, with potential for a 6-month extension.

Job Description: Lead IT site migration planning and execution across multiple sites in EMEA, with primary responsibility for cutover management and operational readiness. Consolidate site plans, sequence migration activities, manage dependencies, and align business and application timelines with overall program milestones. Coordinate business, local IT, and engineering application stakeholders to gather and validate requirements, support business systems and user acceptance testing, and prepare sites for stable operations after migration. Maintain governance, status reporting, risk and issue tracking, and change management, escalating critical issues and decisions to global IT and business leadership.

Qualifications

· IT Migration and Cutover: Experience leading end-to-end IT migrations and cutovers across multiple sites, including consolidated plans, sequencing, dependencies, and milestone alignment.

· WMS and Operational Technology: Working knowledge of warehouse management systems and operational technology. General WMS knowledge is sufficient; no specific platform is required.

· Application Infrastructure: Basic understanding of application hosting, connectivity, and integration. Hands-on technical configuration or development is not required.

· Testing and Operational Readiness: Ability to coordinate testing, validate requirements and transition plans, and prepare sites for stable operations after migration.

· Program and Risk Management: Ability to manage regional plans and reporting, maintain RAID/RAIDD logs, coordinate changes and escalations, and resolve conflicting priorities.

· Stakeholder Coordination: Ability to gather requirements and coordinate business, IT, and engineering application teams.

· Onsite Availability and Travel: Ability to meet the initial onsite schedule and occasional travel requirements.

· Preferred Experience: Previous work in logistics organizations and familiarity with SAP, APIs, and middleware. Prior life sciences or medical device experience is not required.
