IT Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve system reliability, availability, and performance across production environments
• Design, implement, and manage infrastructure on AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, etc.)
• Implement security best practices across infrastructure and applications
• Monitor systems, troubleshoot incidents, and perform root cause analysis
• Automate operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention
• Collaborate with development teams to improve system architecture and deployment processes
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and support release management
• Ensure compliance with security standards and frameworks (ISO 27001)
• Conduct system hardening, vulnerability assessments, and security monitoring

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience as SRE / DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer
• Strong experience with AWS services and cloud infrastructure
• Solid understanding of security best practices and system hardening
• Experience implementing or maintaining ISO 27001 standards is a plus
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools, CI/CD, and automation
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
