IT Software Developer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in software development or systems engineering.
• Strong expertise in system architecture, integration, and performance optimization.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage complex technical projects.

Responsibilities:

• Leads the modification and enhancement of software applications, resolving complex issues, optimizing performance, and ensuring compatibility with evolving hardware and platform requirements.
• Oversees end-to-end software development and documentation processes, collaborating closely with clients and key stakeholders to align technical outputs with business needs.
• Assesses, defines, and recommends software–hardware integration approaches, establishing technical specifications and performance standards for system development.
• Architects and develops advanced software solutions using scientific methods, data modeling, and analytical frameworks to forecast system behavior and evaluate design impacts.
