IT Software Intern

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Software Development Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in software development. The intern will work closely with the development team to support software projects, coding, testing, troubleshooting, and process improvements in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of software applications.
• Support developers in troubleshooting and resolving software-related issues.
• Assist in writing, reviewing, and debugging code under the guidance of senior developers.
• Participate in software development projects and process improvements.
• Assist in database management and integration tasks when needed.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines.
• Assist in documenting software processes, technical requirements, and development activities.
• Perform other IT software development-related tasks assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a BS Information Technology , BS Computer Science , BS Computer Engineering , BS Electronics Engineering , or related degree program

• Experience with Laravel/PHP is required

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of JavaScript, with familiarity in Vue.js, TypeScript, React, CI/CD pipelines, software development workflows, and Git/GitHub or similar version control tools is an advantage.

• Basic understanding of software development principles, debugging, and version control

• Good problem-solving and analytical skills

• Willing to learn new programming languages, frameworks, and development tools

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Has a school-issued Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) available
