IT Software Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot the company's POS systems and other business software.
• Monitor system performance and ensure the proper functioning of POS transactions and related operations.
• Configure, update, and maintain POS systems based on operational requirements.
• Identify and resolve system errors, technical issues, and software-related concerns.
• Assist in system development, enhancement, and automation of business processes.
• Manage and monitor system databases, sales records, inventory, and other system-generated reports.
• Provide technical support and guidance to employees regarding POS and other company systems.
• Coordinate with different departments to identify system requirements and implement appropriate solutions.
• Ensure the accuracy, security, and reliability of company systems and data.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related course.
• Knowledgeable in POS systems, including setup, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Familiar with software applications, databases, and system administration.
• Experience in POS system management, inventory systems, or retail business software is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of programming, system integration, and database management is preferred.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of resolving technical issues.
• Willing to work onsite and coordinate with different departments.
