It Software Technical Lead

To manage, maintain, and support the company’s software applications, IT systems, user support, and technology-related requirements. The role will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of software applications, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting employees in their day-to-day IT requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Software & Application Management
• Manage and maintain company software applications and business systems.
• Provide technical support for software-related issues.
• Coordinate with software vendors for implementation, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
• Monitor software performance and ensure smooth operation.
• IT User Support
• Provide day-to-day technical support to employees.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, email, and system-related issues.
• Install and configure operating systems, applications, and required software.
• Maintain IT assets, software licenses, and user access records.
• ERP / HRMS / Business Applications
• Support ERP, HRMS, payroll, attendance, CRM, and other business applications.
• Coordinate with HR and other departments for system-related requirements.
• Ensure employee data and system information are maintained accurately.
• Support implementation and customization of new software solutions.
• Database & Data Management
• Assist in database management and data maintenance.
• Perform regular data backup and ensure data availability.
• Maintain data security and access controls.
• Generate reports and support MIS requirements wherever required.
• Network & System Coordination
• Coordinate with the IT/network team for connectivity and infrastructure issues.
• Monitor LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, printers, and other IT infrastructure.
• Identify and resolve system-related issues promptly.
• IT Security
• Ensure proper user access and system permissions.
• Support antivirus, security updates, and system protection.
• Follow company IT security policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of company data.
• Vendor & Project Coordination
• Coordinate with external IT/software vendors.
• Follow up for software development, customization, maintenance, and support.
• Participate in new software implementation and IT improvement projects.
• Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain IT asset, software, license, and user-access records.
• Prepare IT-related reports and MIS.
• Maintain documentation of software configurations, issues, and resolutions.
• Ensure IT processes are properly documented.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of software applications and IT systems.
• Good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of ERP/HRMS and business applications.
• Basic knowledge of SQL/database management.
• Knowledge of networking and system administration.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate with software vendors and service providers.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple IT requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Zoho**/ HRMS / Payroll / Attendance software**/Pharma Cloud
• Experience in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical organization will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Zoho People, Zoho Payroll, ERP, CRM or similar applications will be preferred.
• Knowledge of software implementation and user training.

Educational Qualification

Mandatory:

• B.Sc. Computer Science / BCA / MCA

Experience:

• 3–5 years of relevant IT Software / Application Support experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹4,252,802.85 per month
