IT SOFTWARE TECHNICAL SUPPORT

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Provide first-level and second-level technical support for software-related issues via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems
• Guide users through step-by-step solutions in a clear and user-friendly manner.
• Install, configure, and update software applications and systems as needed.
• Document customer interactions, technical issues, and solutions in the support knowledge base.
• Train users on new software functionalities and best practices.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication and timely resolution of issues.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Proven experience in software technical support, IT helpdesk, or related role.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, or Linux) and enterprise software tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple support requests.
• Customer-service oriented mindset with patience and empathy.
