Position Requirements:

• Good customer service

• General understanding of computer hardware/software

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assist customers who are experiencing any procedural or operating difficulties with the use of university applications

• repairing/troubleshooting hardware

• Using call tracking software to create work orders

• Provide support for all IT products and services

• Update tickets with appropriate journal entries of activities
