IT Solution Lead

Jobdesc:

• Lead end-to-end solution delivery from design to implementation.
• Translate business requirements into practical solutions covering Application, Data, and Integration.
• Coordinate Developers, Testers, Vendors, and other technical teams.
• Work closely with Business Analysts and Solution Architects to ensure alignment between requirements, architecture, and implementation.
• Manage solution-level risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.
• Ensure solution quality, testing readiness, UAT, documentation, and handover.
• Communicate project progress, technical issues, risks, and solutions to stakeholders.

Req:

Minimum Experience 8–13 years total professional experience in IT or digital delivery , 4–6 years in one or more of the following roles: Solution Lead, Technical Lead, Delivery Lead, Senior System Analyst

• Strong experience in end-to-end solution delivery and coordinating multiple solution components.

• Able to translate business requirements into executable solution designs.

• Good understanding of Application Development, Data, and Integration concepts.

• Experience working with Enterprise Applications and Cloud, On-Premise, or Hybrid environments.

• Able to understand Solution Architecture, Design Standards, and system dependencies.

• Good understanding of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.

• Experience with testing, deployment, UAT, and handover processes.

• Strong leadership, coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Able to work effectively with Business Stakeholders, Technical Teams, and Vendors.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
