IT Solution Manager

Your duties and responsibility will include: -

• Solution Strategy & Design

-       Define solution roadmaps in alignment with business objectives.

-       Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.

-       Lead solution design workshops, proof-of-concepts, and prototypes.

-       Design and oversee the development of in-house software applications to address specific business needs.

• Tender, Quotation & Commercial Work

-       Prepare and manage tender submissions, proposals, and quotations for technology and solution projects.

-       Collaborate with sales, procurement, and finance teams to ensure competitive and accurate pricing.

-       Present solution proposals to clients, ensuring clarity in scope, timelines, and deliverables.

-       Evaluate vendor bids and partner proposals to align with technical and business requirements.

• Implementation & Delivery

-       Oversee development, customization, and deployment of in-house and third-party solutions.

-       Ensure solutions meet business, compliance, and technical requirements.

-       Collaborate with project managers and technical teams for on-time, on-budget delivery.

• Stakeholder & Vendor Management

-       Act as a key liaison between internal teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.

-       Communicate solution design, project status, and risks to stakeholders.

-       Manage vendor negotiations and evaluate supplier solutions.

• Governance & Compliance

-       Ensure solutions comply with organizational standards, policies, and frameworks (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ITIL, PDPA).

-       Maintain accurate solution design documents, tender responses, and software documentation.

• Performance & Continuous Improvement

-       Monitor solution performance post-deployment and recommend enhancements.

-       Collect business and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in solutions and tender strategies
