IT Solution Partner

The IT Solution Partner supports daily IT operations and project activities related to sales and corporate functions. This role assists with data collection, documentation, IT asset monitoring, and coordination with internal teams. The position also provides basic technical support and follows established IT procedures to ensure smooth operations, accurate information, and effective project execution.
Job description

• Support data collection and prepare basic information for the Annual IT Planning & Budgeting process.
• Assist in preparing documents, reports, and action items for regular IT performance reviews.
• Support basic risk assessment activities by collecting relevant information and reporting potential issues to the supervisor.
• Monitor assigned IT assets and assist with routine checking, maintenance, and upgrade activities.
• Maintain and update IT records, databases, and documents to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support IT projects, activities, and day-to-day operations.
• Provide first-line support for basic IT issues and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate IT team.
• Follow IT policies, procedures, and security requirements to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Assist in identifying opportunities to improve IT processes and operational efficiency.
• Participate in training and professional development activities to continuously improve IT knowledge and skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• 2–5 years of experience in IT, Sales, or related fields. Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Basic knowledge of IT systems, IT assets, budgeting, CRM, and troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of business requirements and sales processes.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to manage multiple tasks, coordinate with teams, and work flexibly.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
• English Toeic score at least 550 or Japanese language proficiency is an advantage.
