IT Solution Specialist

• Gather and evaluate business and technical requirements from stakeholders or clients to identify operational challenges.

• Design end-to-end IT solutions, integration plans, and system architectures that align with business goals.

• Lead or assist in the installation, configuration, testing, and deployment of new technology solutions.

• Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and clients in a clear, persuasive manner.

• Provide advanced technical guidance, resolve complex system integration issues, and ensure infrastructure stability.

• Collaborate with software/hardware vendors and internal developers to deliver projects on time and within budget

Requirement :

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT Solution, Business Analysis, System Analysis, Functional Consulting, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of business processes and system requirements.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional requirements and solutions.
• Experienced in preparing and maintaining project documentation.
• Experience working with Development/Technical teams throughout the solution delivery process.
• Good understanding of ERP systems and business process integration.
• Good understanding of SQL and relational databases for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of system integration and data flow.
• Experience in functional testing and UAT.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work effectively with business users, IT teams, customers, and external partners/principals.
• Able to manage multiple projects and work in a cross-functional environment.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal
