IT Solutions Architect (Presales)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working cross-functionally to understand architecture needs by multiple business units. To be effective in this position, you must feel comfortable owning the entire architecture development process from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer challenges, business objectives, and IT requirements to deliver effective solutions.
• Design and propose technical solutions by specializing in IT Data Center solutions; Servers, storage, virtualization, backup systems, and related technologies.
• Develop comprehensive solution designs, architectures, topologies, and technical proposals.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to plan and deliver Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Present proposed solutions clearly and confidently to customers and stakeholders.
• Provide technical support and expertise to 5–10 sales representatives throughout the sales cycle.
• Deliver expert recommendations that align with both customer business goals and technical requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the IT industry.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply (with minimum GPA: 3.00)
• Hands-on experience in solution design, implementation, and optimization.
• Familiarity with sizing and pricing tools for at least two technology brands, such as: HPE, Dell, Cisco, HDS, Veritas, VMware, etc.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English (basic to fluent); higher proficiency is an advantage.
• Proactive, customer-focused, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel for business-related engagements.
