About the role
Cheung Yue Knitting Garment (Global) Limited is seeking a motivated IT Solutions Specialist to join our IT team. Based in San Po Kong, this full-time role focuses on supporting the deployment of small to medium IT project solutions. Working closely with our senior IT team members, you will assist in bridging business requirements with technical implementations, helping to ensure our systems—including emerging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Automation tools—effectively support our global garment manufacturing and distribution operations across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements to support the design and deployment of IT solutions.
• Work collaboratively with the IT team to support the implementation, testing, and rollout of small to medium-sized system enhancements.
• Travel to our regional offices and manufacturing facilities to support on-site system deployments, user training, and IT projects.
• Assist in exploring, testing, and integrating practical AI/Automation solutions (such as LLMs or basic data analytics tools) to improve departmental workflows and productivity.
• Help prepare and maintain clear system documentation, including technical specifications, process flows, and user guides.
• Provide basic technical support and basic training to end-users during system transitions and daily operations.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors under the guidance of senior team members to ensure smooth project delivery.

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related discipline.
• 3-4 years of experience in IT support, systems analysis, or project coordination.
• Willingness and ability to travel overseas as required to support regional operations.
• Basic understanding of or strong interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) concepts, with a willingness to learn their practical business applications.
• Basic understanding of business process analysis, requirements gathering, and IT infrastructure.
• A strong team player with a proactive attitude and a problem-solving mindset.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical teams and non-technical end-users across different cultural backgrounds.
• Familiarity with tools such as Visio, SQL, or basic enterprise systems (ERP/CRM/Manufacturing System) is a plus.
• Interest or background in the garment, textile, or manufacturing industry would be advantageous.
