IT Specialist

A growing logistics company is looking for an IT Specialist to manage and support the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring that systems, networks, hardware, and software operate efficiently and securely.

This role is suited for someone who enjoys troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining reliable IT systems, implementing security measures, and providing timely technical support in a fast-paced operations environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, systems, and networks.
• Provide technical support to employees by resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Monitor system performance and conduct diagnostics to ensure reliability and efficiency.
• Implement and maintain information security measures to protect company systems and data.
• Manage software updates, system upgrades, and network maintenance activities.
• Track hardware inventory, repairs, replacements, and technology-related costs.
• Ensure employees have the necessary technology resources to perform their work effectively.
• Maintain system documentation and support continuous improvement of the company's IT infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Knowledge of operating systems, networking, software applications, and basic programming concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities.
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to information security.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
